Refund and Returns Policy

Order Confirmation: When you place an order with Talmoo, we will promptly email you an order confirmation. Within 24 hours, you should receive a second email confirming that your order is now in processing. If we encounter any issues fulfilling your order or if there are payment problems, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is in processing, it will likely be shipped on the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, complete with a track and trace number if applicable. This email will outline typical shipping times and provide instructions on how to contact us if you have any questions. We offer shipping to both your home address and your workplace, based on your preference. The shipping fee is $12~25 using registered airmail, which is the preferred method due to its enhanced security and reduced risk of theft or loss. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice will be left advising you of the attempted delivery and providing instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect the package from the designated post office. The post office will hold the package for 2 to 4 weeks before returning it to us.

PO Boxes: We can deliver to PO Boxes as long as the delivery method is compatible. Simply set your Primary Shipping Address to your PO Box on your My Account page as needed.

Customs: Talmoo conducts all transactions based on FOB (Free On Board) of International Commercial Terms. Our services are based in India, and your order is treated by your local Customs as imported goods. When your parcel passes through Customs, there may be a processing delay. Talmoo is not liable for any customs or legal implications, including forfeiture, seizure, or auction. We recommend allowing extra time and placing orders ahead to avoid inconvenience during this phase. The delay can range from a few days to 3 weeks in extreme cases before Customs contacts you.

Delivery Times: We typically ship most orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. The actual delivery times depend entirely on the postal or courier service. If customs holds your order for pending import duties, they may retain it for 3-21 days before contacting you. If your order hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery times, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery before reaching out to us. This will help determine whether your order is merely delayed in transit, held at customs, or potentially lost.

Lost Orders and Reshipments: We offer reshipment or refunds for any lost orders, provided you contact us within 8 weeks from the ship date. However, please note that no reshipments or refunds will be accepted if reported after the 8-week period.

We are pleased to replace any undelivered orders under the following conditions:

  1. An additional 7 days have passed beyond the standard delivery time since the ship date.
  2. The shipping address provided to us is accurate.

If you’ve provided an incorrect address, you will be charged for the replacement order. In the event that the original order is returned to us, we will promptly contact you with refund details.

Returns and Refunds: If you receive a damaged order or do not receive it at all, we will reship it to you. For this process, we kindly request that you wait 30 days from the shipment date. If, within this period, you still haven’t received the order or haven’t seen any notifications regarding its return or hold status, please submit a support ticket in our refund section.

We offer refunds for any product as long as we promptly receive the goods back from you, provided the product is unused, unopened, and has an expiry date of more than 3 months.
