  • If you have any complaints, please contact us first before making a dispute/chargeback. If you are not satisfied with our service/product, please contact us at Talmoo and we will do our best to resolve the issue in your favor. If you make a chargeback after receiving your item, we will consider you as a cheater. The information about your order will be forwarded to the Fraud Division of your Credit Card Company.

  • If you choose to pay by credit card, we will send you a payment instruction email within 6-10 hours after placing your order. If you agree to the instructions provided, we will proceed with the payment.

  • If you choose bank wire transfer, please share the transaction details with us once you have completed the payment. This will help us find your order easily and ensure timely shipping.

  • We will ship out your items within 2 days after payment has been made. If shipment is delayed beyond 2 days, we will contact you. A shipment tracking reference will also be updated in your order after the item has been posted.

  • Please note that the information is submitted via an SSL secured, encrypted page and that there is no risk of fraud.

  • Please ask any relevant questions before you make a purchase. No disputes will be accepted after the item has been shipped.
